" Rent the home for awhile and then buy
the home later.
" You have 2 to 3 years to buy the home
giving you time to improve your credit and build
up your necessary down payment.
" Once your credit has improved or you
have accumulated enough down payment you can
qualify for a traditional low rate bank loan
or you may choose to convert to our Owner Financing
program

You get to deduct the interest and property

or a very large down payment)
" Requires traditional bank financing
" 100% financing available if you have
excellent credit and good income
" If you have fair credit, financing is
possible with down payment required by the lender
" Upon being bank qualified, you may choose
any of the homes we have available or we can
help you buy any listed property in the city.
